About the role
The F&B Administration Assistant will support the Director of Food & Beverage and the leadership team at FAENA The Red Sea. This position ensures smooth daily operations through precise organization, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Director of F&B and leadership team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle departmental communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for operational needs.
- Maintain organized filing systems, contracts, menus, and departmental records.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
- Assist with monthly financial and operational reporting.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and scheduling coordination.
- Liaise between F&B and other departments to ensure clear communication.
- Assist with event administration, including proposals, contracts, and coordination.
- Support menu updates, pricing documentation, and system uploads.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all F&B outlets and offerings.
- Provide occasional operational support during peak periods.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in hospitality or a similar environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Opera, Micros, or similar systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Discreet handling of confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑driven with a passion for hospitality.
