F&B Waiter – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

The Fairmont Ramla Riyadh is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Waiter to join its dining team. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and involves delivering high‑quality service to restaurant guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and recommend menu items or daily specials.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly to tables or rooms and check guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and present bills, handle cash transactions and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, and safely carry trays and plates.
• Adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• High school diploma; hospitality or hotel management diploma preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Physically fit to stand, walk and carry service equipment for long periods.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Cash handling proficiency.
