Field Assistant (Exploration)

About the role

The Field Assistant will support ongoing exploration field programs under the guidance of the Field Supervisor. This hands‑on position involves a variety of sampling, surveying and core handling tasks across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Perform trench sampling and RC (reverse circulation) sampling.
• Cut and sample drill cores, including diamond drilling programs.
• Conduct geophysical and topographic surveys, as well as downhole surveys.
• Monitor water quality and manage water sampling activities.
• Handle core trays, maintain the core yard, and ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Assist with field logistics and maintain safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a higher diploma is preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant field experience.
• Experience working in multinational teams on geophysical ground surveys.
• Full driving licence.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental best practices.
