A contracting company in Riyadh is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to manage daily activities across multiple project sites. The role involves supervising field staff, coordinating operations, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards. Immediate joining is required.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field employees and monitor daily operations across multiple work sites.
• Distribute tasks, follow up on progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and compliance with company procedures.
• Track the movement and utilization of company vehicles.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and field teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Travel between project sites to oversee operations and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Practical experience in field supervision and site operations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple job sites simultaneously.
