Field Operator – Water Treatment Plant

About the role

The Field Operator will ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment at a water treatment plant in Saudi Arabia. You will work on‑site, monitoring and maintaining pumps, compressors and valves to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor field equipment such as pumps, compressors and valves.
• Perform regular maintenance, inspections and preventive checks to guarantee equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Document and report equipment failures or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to maximise production efficiency and minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Field Operator or in a similar role.
• Experience in chemical plants, seawater pump stations or wastewater treatment facilities.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, make timely decisions under pressure and travel as needed.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work shifts.
