Field Sales Trainer

About the role

The Field Sales Trainer will act as the product and sales‑enablement expert for Kidde Global Solutions, delivering training to internal field sales teams and authorized channel partners across Saudi Arabia. The role combines technical knowledge of fire alarm and life‑safety solutions with the ability to translate that expertise into effective sales education.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve standardized global sales training programs for internal field sales staff.
• Align regional training initiatives with the global sales training organization to meet local market needs.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing education for channel partners to ensure proper positioning of Edwards and Kidde Commercial UL products.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, answering technical and product questions throughout the sales cycle.
• Support sales teams in understanding system applications and navigating life‑safety requirements in the field.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of fire alarm and life‑safety solutions.
• Technical knowledge of system applications and product specifications.
• Experience delivering training or instructional sessions to sales professionals.
