Sales Administrative & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Administrative & Logistics Specialist to manage the full order‑to‑delivery cycle in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, invoiced on time, and dispatched efficiently while supporting the logistics and import functions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, record, invoice and coordinate incoming sales orders according to company policies and schedules.
• Issue all relevant sales and shipping documents and monitor customer credit limits.
• Follow accounts receivable, prepare collection reports and generate periodic sales/order reports.
• Create and maintain SAP master data for customers, conditions, materials and related entities.
• Manage the purchasing process for multiple delivery plants, including direct and indirect imports.
• Ensure minimum stock levels, interact with freight forwarders, and oversee customs clearance and related consultancy.
• Control stock reconciliation, liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies, and produce regular logistics statistics.

Required profile

• Commercial education or equivalent.
• Additional degree or certification in logistics (e.g., federal export specialist).

Required skills

• SAP (master data and order management).
