Field Service Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

As a Field Service Engineer you will support Schneider Electric customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by installing, maintaining and troubleshooting cooling APC & Uniflair equipment and performing basic power audits. You will work closely with sales and service partners to ensure equipment availability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform services on cooling APC & Uniflair equipment and chillers.
• Conduct basic power audits of customer distribution systems and assist sales with availability assessments.
• Document site visit information, label and return defective parts to designated locations.
• Educate customers on equipment operation and communicate any issues.
• Support Schneider Electric Service Partners during site visits and evaluate technical performance.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia and be available 24/7 when assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of relevant field service experience.
• Ability to work independently with general guidance.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
