Field Service Engineer – Onsite Technical Support

About the role

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high‑quality onsite technical service for histopathology and related instruments across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on installations, maintenance, repairs and upgrades while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation, preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis and upgrades of histopathology equipment.
• Provide phone and occasional help‑desk support to minimise customer downtime.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis on site or in the manufacturing unit.
• Submit accurate Salesforce reports, expense claims, stock records and other service documentation.
• Collaborate with the Field Support Team to deliver professional after‑sales service within defined KPIs.
• Occasionally support customers in the EU when required.
