Filling Manager – Production & Packaging Operations

About the role

The Filling Manager will lead the filling and packaging operations, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams to deliver products on time and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, shipping, and distribution activities from the plant to customers.
• Manage daily filling and packaging operations to achieve production and delivery targets.
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth operations.
• Monitor line performance, resolve operational issues, and minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety, quality, and operational compliance across all filling activities.
• Lead, train, and supervise filling line operators and support team development.
• Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Manage ERP/Oracle production transactions, batch closures, and reporting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations, preferably in filling, packaging, or blending.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically Oracle.
