Finance & Accounting Manager

About the role

The Finance & Accounting Manager leads the finance function for Unified Real Estate Development and its subsidiaries, driving strategic financial planning, digital transformation, and acting as a key business partner to the CFO and executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across FP&A, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
• Prepare and manage annual business plans, manpower plans, and departmental budgets for the finance function.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for the Finance & Accounting team, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Drive digital transformation of finance operations using Yardi, real‑time Power BI dashboards, and AI‑assisted reporting tools.
• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Saudi GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, WHT, and ZATCA e‑invoicing requirements.
• Lead statutory audit processes, manage external auditor relationships, and maintain audit‑readiness.
• Manage treasury operations, cash‑flow planning, banking relationships, and credit facilities.
• Provide financial analysis for property acquisitions, development feasibility, lease pricing, and capital allocation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team, conducting performance appraisals and succession planning.
