Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business units, translating financial data into actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to shape financial strategy, manage risk, and support the digital transformation of finance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep business understanding and build analytical frameworks to provide professional financial advice.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly target setting, and high‑frequency tracking of performance against targets.
• Issue timely risk warnings, monitor key initiatives, and provide regular feedback on project progress.
• Collaborate with business teams to influence strategy and deliver actionable insights.
• Establish operational risk controls, identify contract and compliance risks, and design mitigation plans.
• Stay abreast of AI applications in finance, leveraging AI tools to innovate analysis and support digital transformation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience; retail or merchandising background is a plus.
• Strong data sensitivity, analytical mindset, and rigorous logical thinking.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
• Self‑motivated, diligent, and aligned with a culture of change and optimism.
• Fluent in English for daily business interactions.
