Finance Manager – Airport Operations

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting for Red Sea International Airport. This position provides strategic insights to senior leadership and supports decision‑making across airport operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting in collaboration with all departments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support operational performance and commercial growth.
• Produce monthly management reports, including P&L statements, variance analysis, KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Analyse financial trends, cost structures and revenue streams (aeronautical and non‑aeronautical) and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Act as a trusted financial adviser to operational and commercial teams, supporting contract reviews, pricing strategies and new initiatives.
• Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities using ROI, IRR and payback analyses.
• Track and report on financial progress of key projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with HR to monitor headcount, FTEs and workforce‑related costs and integrate these into financial planning.
