PMO Lead – Planning, Performance & Transformation

About the role

Act as the Operational General Manager's single point of control for planning, performance and transformation. You will own the integrated business plan, KPI scorecard, cost and variance control, risk register and the portfolio of strategic initiatives that drive revenue and capability growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual business plan and budget calendar, consolidating an integrated plan with validated figures.
• Run the portfolio of strategic initiatives, preparing business cases, tracking benefits and managing stage‑gate governance.
• Lead monthly business unit reviews, highlighting under‑performing streams and driving recovery actions.
• Execute the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning demand, supply, capacity, cost and cash forecasts.
• Design and cascade the KPI framework, produce performance packs and dashboards, and own productivity measurement methodology.
• Track actual vs. plan with Finance, analyse variances, and maintain cost‑to‑complete and profitability forecasts.
• Maintain the risk register and RAID log, prepare board papers and GCEO presentation packs.
• Lead the Planning & Performance and Control sections (9 FTE) and ensure compliance with ISO standards and group policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or Finance; PMP, PgMP or MSP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in planning, project controls or PMO roles, with at least 5 years leading a PMO.
• Proven experience in business planning, performance management and transformation programmes across multiple business units.
