Finance Manager – CDT (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Finance Manager for its CDT (Customer Development Team) in Jeddah. The role supports budgeting, pricing, gross‑to‑net management and financial reporting for the Saudi market.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual sales, GTN (Gross to Net) estimates and budget volumes in collaboration with Cluster GM, CDT and retail marketing.
• Maintain price structures, master data and validate SAP pricing conditions monthly.
• Drive margin simulations, ROI analysis and quarterly SPI updates.
• Partner with customer teams to roll up quarterly GTN estimates, manage pre‑approval processes and ensure accurate GTN commitments.
• Execute GTN P&L accruals, validate rebates, and produce optimisation plans.
• Coordinate monthly financial closing, audit activities and Blackline uploads.
• Analyse sales growth, SGA adjustments and provide commentary for actuals and budgets.
• Review accounts receivable ageing and support audit coordination (SOX, statutory, distributor).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of finance experience.

Required skills

• SAP (pricing module).
• Blackline financial reporting tool.
