Finance Manager – Corporate Tax & Operations (KSA)

About the role

The Finance Manager will strategically lead corporate finance functions in Saudi Arabia, focusing on in‑house tax compliance, planning and optimisation while reducing reliance on outsourced services. The role also provides financial leadership to hotels, driving process improvements and championing system transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead in‑house preparation, review and timely submission of corporate tax filings (Withholding Tax, corporate income tax returns, transfer pricing documentation) in compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations.
• Collaborate with external audit firms on tax matters, providing documentation and support during tax audits.
• Conduct regular tax exposure reviews and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns from Year 2 onward, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in the preparation and review of corporate financial statements and act as primary contact for external auditors during year‑end audits.
• Visit hotels on a scheduled basis to review financial performance, analyse variances and advise management on corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and work with hotel finance teams to implement improvement strategies.
• Champion financial system transformation initiatives, lead process‑improvement projects and act as subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate tax compliance and financial reporting, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian tax laws, VAT and transfer pricing regulations.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and managing audit processes.
• Ability to travel to hotel locations across Saudi Arabia as required.
