Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations of the company. The role requires strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow management, reporting, compliance and financial analysis to support senior management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review and present monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop, manage and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track cash flow, liquidity, revenues and expenses, and report to senior management.
• Maintain banking relationships and manage financial facilities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, Zakat and VAT regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term financial plans and analyze profitability.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and monitor financial KPIs.
• Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or finance‑lead role.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with banks, financing, and audit processes.
• Strong knowledge of tax, Zakat, VAT and ZATCA regulations.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACMA, ACCA or CFA are a plus.
• Fluent Arabic and excellent written and spoken English.
