Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager provides financial leadership and shapes accounting strategies for the organization. This senior position combines visionary oversight with hands‑on management of finance, accounting, auditing, reporting, legal and HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all accounting documents and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and banking.
• Reconcile and file quarterly VAT returns, monthly excise returns, and submit UBO/ESR filings when required.
• Produce local reporting for ZATCA, Ministry of Finance, e‑invoicing and labor authorities, and present financial analyses to the CEO and Group FC.
• Lead the annual audit compliance, budgeting, long‑range planning and financial forecasting processes.
• Manage corporate banking relationships, KYC, payments, checks and remittances, and negotiate banking terms.
• Oversee HR tasks such as visa administration, payroll, contracts, Saudization and employee expense reimbursements.
• Monitor contractual obligations (leases, insurance, maintenance contracts) and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support the CEO on budgeting, P&L balancing, and financial model simulations.

Required profile

• Professional degree (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with 5+ years in corporate accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, long‑term strategic planning and audit compliance.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical, communication and business partnering skills.
