Finance Manager – Manpower Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager with strong financial leadership experience in the manpower solutions and workforce outsourcing sector in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulatory and taxation requirements while driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complete financial statements in line with accounting standards.
• Develop and deliver management reports, budgets, cash‑flow statements and P&L for the overall business and individual units.
• Lead cost accounting, budgeting, cost control, financial planning and profitability analysis.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls and reporting frameworks within the Odoo ERP system.
• Ensure full compliance with ZATCA regulations, VAT, Zakat and corporate income tax for foreign‑owned and mixed‑ownership entities.
• Manage finance operations across multiple departments and business units.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in KSA manpower solutions or workforce outsourcing companies.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi regulatory environment, ZATCA VAT and Zakat rules, and corporate income tax.
• Proven ability to design financial controls, reporting frameworks and ensure accurate ERP reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for full‑time onsite work.
