Finance Manager – Saudi Nationals Required

About the role

Dream of the Desert, Saudi Arabia’s first luxury train experience, is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its finance function. The role is open only to Saudi nationals and involves overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow and optimise working‑capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, tax requirements and accounting standards.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
• Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Support business planning, investment analysis and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA or SOCPA) preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls.
• Fluency in English.
• Saudi nationality as required by local labour regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
