Finance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Riyadh office and support the full spectrum of financial operations. The role involves handling day‑to‑day accounting tasks, preparing management reports, and assisting with budgeting and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting entries, vouchers and maintain financial documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense reimbursements and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support budgeting, cost control, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Assist with tax filings, annual audits and other regulatory compliance tasks.
• Review business documents and payment requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Improve financial policies and internal‑control procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate financial data to support management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in finance, accounting or a similar role.
• Familiarity with accounting standards, tax regulations and financial‑management procedures.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to numerical accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with commonly used accounting software.
