Financial Accountant – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Med Market Agency is seeking a Saudi Financial Accountant to support its fast‑growing marketing and digital transformation projects. The role focuses on accurate financial tracking, budget oversight, and compliance with Saudi regulations, ensuring the agency delivers high‑quality campaigns on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable for vendors, production crews, and clients.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental and project budgets for 360° marketing campaigns.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations using Zoho Books, identifying and correcting discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with account management and production teams to track project expenses against approved budgets.
• Handle employee expense reports, petty cash for shoots, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure adherence to ZATCA regulations and support VAT return preparation and filing.
• Maintain the chart of accounts, invoicing, and financial workflows within Zoho Books.
• Utilise advanced Excel models to streamline data analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Saudi national (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and budget management.
• Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books; familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and ZATCA requirements.
