Financial Analyst – Investment Banking

About the role

The Financial Analyst – Investment Banking role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh. You will support deal execution by building detailed financial models, performing valuations, and conducting industry and company research for corporate and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models for transactions.
• Perform company and valuation analyses.
• Conduct industry and company research to support deal rationale.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and transaction documentation.
• Analyze financial statements and support due‑diligence processes.
• Collaborate with senior bankers on mergers and acquisitions, capital‑raising, and advisory mandates.

Required profile

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and solid knowledge of finance principles, capital markets, and investment‑banking products.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases/tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field; master’s degree or CFA is a plus.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team.
