Financial Analyst

About the role

Al‑Suhaimi Holding Company is seeking a full‑time Financial Analyst to join its Dammam office. The analyst will support business units by preparing and analysing financial statements, management reports and variance analyses to guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports and performance dashboards.
• Develop financial models and assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Monitor actual performance versus plans, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations and senior management to provide clear financial insights.
• Support investment evaluations and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with financial reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong foundation in finance and financial planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term modeling.
• Hands‑on experience in financial reporting and preparing management reports.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA or CPA are an advantage.
• Effective communication skills and ability to present complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP or other financial systems.
