Financial Controller

About the role

LVMH Beauty is looking for a Financial Controller to join its Saudi Arabia team. You will act as a key business partner to the General Manager, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and risk analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly closing process and produce accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, cash plan).
• Prepare and deliver all required regional and local management reports.
• Analyse key expenses, provide recommendations and monitor action plans to influence investment decisions.
• Drive the budgeting and revision cycles, coordinating with budget controllers and other departments.
• Refine management reporting by incorporating relevant KPIs to track profitability and its drivers.
• Coordinate the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Provide detailed operating results, cost centre analysis and variance explanations.
• Identify potential financial issues and propose corrective actions to maintain budget discipline.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate timelines.
• Maintain accurate and secure finance records in line with legislative requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in financial controlling.
• Advanced university degree in accounting, audit or finance (mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards, tax laws and regulations.
