Financial Services Manager

About the role

Keetab is seeking a Financial Services Manager to lead its market strategy and product development across payments, fintech and emerging financial‑service models in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the bridge between local market realities and the company’s international teams, ensuring that every service complies with regulatory requirements from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own the view of the Saudi payments and fintech market, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify consumer and merchant needs, evaluate new opportunities, and develop business cases and implementation plans.
• Translate local market requirements into practical product solutions with internal product and technology teams.
• Engage and manage ecosystem partners—including banks, PSPs, card networks and fintech firms—through evaluation and commercial negotiations.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from research and design through pilot implementation and post‑launch review.
• Track performance metrics such as adoption, conversion, transaction volume, cost and ROI, and act on data insights.
• Improve customer journeys, internal processes and SOPs, including reconciliation and exception handling.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance and risk to embed regulatory requirements early.
• Serve as the liaison to international headquarters, translating market needs into feasible platform capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in payments, fintech, digital banking, financial services, product operations, strategy or business development.
• Proven experience in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local payments ecosystem.
• Working knowledge of the SAMA regulatory framework, licensing requirements and approval timelines.
