First Line Manager – Nutrition Sales

About the role

Abbott Nutrition International is seeking a First Line Manager to lead a sales team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for translating marketing strategies into actionable sales plans, coaching representatives, and driving regional performance across our nutrition portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales targets and support the team in meeting individual goals.
• Convert marketing initiatives into day‑to‑day sales and promotional activities.
• Set performance objectives for each rep, monitor results, and conduct regular appraisals.
• Provide in‑field coaching, training, and succession planning for the sales force.
• Identify new business opportunities and present improvement ideas to senior management.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the territory.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or first‑line management role.
• Proven ability to set targets, monitor performance, and develop talent.
• Strong analytical mindset and results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
