As a Fitness Instructor/Coordinator at Hilton, you will combine your passion for fitness with the hospitality spirit, delivering engaging workouts and memorable experiences for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engaging fitness classes for individuals and groups, tailoring workouts to diverse fitness levels and goals.
• Monitor guests during sessions, correct form, provide assistance, and answer questions to ensure safe and effective exercise.
• Stay up‑to‑date with exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, assist with general club tasks, and support smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain clean, organized studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in monitoring facility and equipment usage to ensure safety.
