Fleet Incharge

About the role

ABIS is hiring a full-time Fleet Incharge in Al Jubail, working on site within the Abis_PS department. The role covers daily fleet operations, cost control, driver management and compliance documentation, with weekly reports submitted to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Daily fleet operations: assign transport orders to drivers by location, load type and working hours, optimize routes and minimize empty kilometers using Wialon/Geotab, live-track trucks and resolve breakdowns, checkpoints and delays, and ensure drivers comply with TGA working/rest hour regulations.
• Cost control: monitor daily diesel consumption per truck via FLS sensors and issue deviation reports, analyze high fuel consumption, schedule preventive maintenance by mileage, and track tires, oil and filters.
• Driver management: prepare shift rosters and leave schedules, evaluate drivers monthly on fuel efficiency, on-time delivery, violations and accidents, train new drivers on tracking systems, company policy and eco-driving, and investigate accidents and violations.
• Compliance and documentation: verify operating cards, MVPI, insurance and driver licenses, issue transport documents via Naql and monitor cargo manifests via Bayan, archive invoices and reconcile them with system reports, and submit weekly reports on costs, revenue, issues and completion rates.

• Average fuel consumption and cost per km
• Fleet utilization rate (trucks operating daily)
• On-time delivery rate
• Empty kilometers as a share of total monthly mileage
• Zero major accidents
