Flutter Mobile Developer (Khobar)

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer to join its Khobar team. You will own the mobile platform that supports field operations such as incident reporting, asset tracking, fleet management, and logistics, delivering high‑quality experiences on both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement pixel‑accurate UI screens from Figma designs, ensuring responsive performance on iOS and Android.
• Integrate with IoT platform REST APIs (events, alarms, inventory, measurements) to provide real‑time data features.
• Build core features including GPS‑based incident reporting, camera integration, offline‑first data handling, and real‑time asset tracking.
• Architect offline‑first solutions using queue‑sync patterns with local storage (SQLite or Hive) for low‑connectivity environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and contribute to unit, widget, and integration test coverage (e.g., Mockito).
• Support full Arabic (RTL) and English localisation across the app.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, technical decisions, and manage CI/CD pipelines for App Store and Google Play releases.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience developing production Flutter/Dart applications.
• At least one app published on the App Store and/or Google Play Store.
• Strong proficiency in REST API integration (Dio or http) and state‑management solutions (Riverpod, Provider, Bloc).
• Experience with navigation/routing (go_router) and platform services such as camera, GPS/location, and local storage.
