About the role
The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B outlets at Fairmont the Red Sea, ensuring seamless operations, financial performance, and exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, lounges, in‑room dining, and banqueting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B venues, coordinating kitchen, service, and support teams.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in line with Fairmont and Accor policies.
- Analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multicultural team, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
- Handle guest feedback promptly, ensuring personalized service recovery.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to develop unique dining concepts and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and waste to optimize profitability.
- Champion sustainable practices aligned with Accor and Red Sea Global environmental commitments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive F&B management experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple outlets and large‑scale operations.
