Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Resort

About the role

Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations across its multiple dining venues. You will ensure exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and memorable guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage F&B staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards across all outlets.
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and implement profitability strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of supervisory or management experience in food and beverage operations.
• Proven leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and service standards.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using restaurant management software.
• Inventory management expertise.
• Cost control and budget management capabilities.
