Food Delivery Rider – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our food delivery team in Riyadh. As a Rider, you will be responsible for transporting food orders from restaurants to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them to customers.
• Follow assigned routes using navigation or GPS applications.
• Ensure orders are delivered within the promised time window.
• Handle food items carefully to maintain quality during transport.
• Communicate professionally with customers and restaurant staff.
• Use the delivery platform to accept, manage, and complete orders.
• Maintain the company‑provided vehicle in clean and good working condition.
• Comply with company policies, traffic regulations, and Saudi driving laws.

Required profile

• Basic English communication skills.
• Valid Pakistani LTV driving licence, passport, CNIC and police verification.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Previous experience as a driver or food‑delivery rider is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, physically fit.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and delivery applications.
