About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant Hotels team as a Food & Drinks Manager and lead the delivery of memorable dining experiences. You will oversee multiple outlets, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for assigned outlets, maintaining quality, service standards and profitability.
• Develop and implement guest‑satisfaction strategies, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions, applying cost controls for food, beverage and labor expenses.
• Support the delivery of superior food and beverage quality, marketing initiatives and revenue growth.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members, fostering professional development and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of supervisory or managerial experience in food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
