Forward Deployed Engineer – Agentic AI Platform

About the role

This position offers a unique chance to shape how enterprises adopt AI through Cohere's North platform. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will act as the bridge between the core product and client engineering teams, delivering secure AI solutions for sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship new features for the North AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that safely interact with sensitive enterprise data.
• Run rapid, high‑quality experiments to meet customer expectations.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from concept through production deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience working directly with customers.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Extensive Python production experience.
• Track record of building and deploying high‑performance RAG or agentic applications.
• Strong full‑stack coding abilities and comfort fixing issues outside the main code base.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, changing environments.
• Based in the Middle East or willing to travel/relocate (20‑40% travel expected).
