Fragrance Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Fragrance Designer with an exceptional olfactory sense and a genuine passion for perfumery. The role involves creating unique fragrance compositions that embody our clients’ brand identities while collaborating closely with the manufacturing team to guarantee final product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and create new fragrance compositions based on client briefs.
• Conduct quality testing on incoming fragrance oils and finished products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into scent concepts.
• Document formulations and maintain the fragrance oil library.
• Stay up‑to‑date with global trends in the fragrance industry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Perfumery or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in fragrance development.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High creativity and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills
