Fraud Protection Solution Manager

As a Fraud Protection Solution Manager you will translate cutting‑edge fraud prevention technologies into practical solutions for clients across multiple industries, while engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping future fraud‑prevention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject‑matter expert for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts and workshops to showcase detection and prevention capabilities.
• Coordinate pre‑sales activities, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assess client needs, fraud risks and compliance mandates to recommend optimal strategies.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation and technical proposals, including RFP responses.
• Design and refine solution implementation architectures that meet technical and business requirements.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product teams.
• Present seminars, training sessions and represent the company at marketing events.
• Support clients during POCs and solution delivery, overseeing installation, integration, testing and configuration.
• Provide technical support throughout all project phases, including post‑sales integration and ongoing maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention, or 5 years in a high‑tech IT environment.
• Strong understanding of fraud risks, regulatory landscapes and solution consulting.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, proposals and delivering client‑focused presentations.
