Fresh Graduate – HR/Recruitment (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team. This position provides hands‑on experience across the full recruitment cycle and daily HR operations, supporting both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist applicants and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and communicate updates.
• Assist in preparing employment offers, onboarding documents and orientation activities.
• Update recruitment trackers, prepare reports and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Perform general HR administrative tasks and maintain accurate HR records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
