Fresh Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Fresh Product Engineer to join our product and engineering teams. This entry‑level position will support product discovery, requirement gathering, usability testing and documentation while gaining hands‑on experience with AI‑enhanced workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore new product ideas and define requirements.
• Collect, analyse and document business and product specifications.
• Support usability testing, capture user feedback and summarise findings.
• Perform benchmark analysis of competing products and market solutions.
• Lead integration projects with internal and external stakeholders, including on‑site customer visits when needed.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria and comprehensive product documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, analysis and documentation quality.
• Assist the team in testing concepts, validating solutions and enhancing user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
• 0–1 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across product and engineering teams.
• Motivation to learn and grow in product management, software engineering and AI.

• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Ability to build AI agents.
• Experience with vibe coding.
