About the role
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees in our Jeddah office. The role combines reception duties with basic administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Manage visitor registration, access and security procedures.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail, documents and deliveries.
- Maintain front‑desk records, logs and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable.
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requests.
- Follow up on requests/tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Support basic system updates and administrative tracking where applicable.
- Assist with onboarding support such as visitor passes.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers and service providers.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
