Front Desk Officer (Receptionist) – Al Khobar

About the role

Fast Fit EMS Fitness is looking for a Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and members at its Al Khobar location. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area within the facility.
• Provide basic information about services and answer client inquiries.
• Route incoming phone calls to the correct departments and handle simple phone inquiries.
• Address and resolve client complaints or forward them to the relevant personnel.
• Schedule and manage pre‑booked appointments to avoid overlaps.
• Assist clients with facility navigation and product recommendations.
• Maintain a polite and professional interaction with clients and colleagues to foster a positive work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or front‑desk roles, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Friendly, professional communication with confidence.
• Ability to handle member inquiries, registrations and basic sales.
• Presentable appearance and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including booking systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
