Managing Director – Food Manufacturing

About the role

The Managing Director will take full P&L responsibility for a well‑established food manufacturing business operating in domestic and regional markets. This senior leader will drive operational optimisation, margin improvement and strategic growth across manufacturing, commercial and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of production efficiency, quality assurance, procurement, sales and distribution.
• Develop and execute disciplined execution plans to improve operational margins and strengthen leadership capability.
• Work closely with shareholders on capacity expansion, new product lines and regional expansion initiatives.
• Oversee plant‑floor operations while integrating commercial decision‑making to align with market demands.
• Manage large workforces, ensuring performance improvements and a high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environments.
• Strong exposure to plant operations, quality standards and supply‑chain management.
• Track record of managing large workforces and delivering performance improvements.
• Experience operating in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous.
