Front-of-House Supervisor

About the role

The Front‑of‑House Supervisor leads the dining floor to ensure a smooth, guest‑focused service experience. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate the FOH team, maintain hygiene standards and work closely with the kitchen to deliver efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests according to company service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Lead, coach and develop FOH staff during shifts, delivering briefings and allocating duties.
• Maintain clean, organized front‑of‑house areas and monitor table turnover.
• Coordinate service flow with the back‑of‑house and delivery teams.
• Enforce hygiene, grooming and food‑safety compliance.
• Operate and troubleshoot the POS system, manage cash handling and shift reconciliation.
• Communicate shift updates, guest feedback and operational issues to management.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leadership with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Strong communication and coordination skills between kitchen and service areas.
• Knowledge of hygiene, grooming and food‑safety regulations.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
