Front Office Supervisor – Hospitality (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Front Office Supervisor leads the reception team in a busy hotel environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role acts as the primary liaison between reception and other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise reception staff during shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Prepare daily arrivals, allocate rooms, and manage special guest requests.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out processes, including cashiering, foreign exchange, and night audit duties.
• Maintain the front office logbook, equipment checks, and ensure safety procedures such as fire and first‑aid protocols are followed.
• Address guest complaints promptly and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
• Oversee walk‑in and phone reservations when the reservation desk is closed.
• Ensure accurate guest information is recorded in the property management system.
