About the role

Fairmont The Red Sea is looking for a professional Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team at its luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures seamless guest check‑in/out, high service standards and smooth coordination with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule front office staff, conduct training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee all guest check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor room assignments, reservations and occupancy to optimise revenue.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, security protocols and confidentiality standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments for seamless operations.
• Manage front office inventory, supplies and equipment.
• Analyse operational metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of front office experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
