About the role

Join the opening team of Fairmont The Red Sea as a Lobby Ambassador, delivering warm, professional service to guests arriving at this ultra‑luxury wellness destination. You will be the first point of contact, creating memorable first impressions and supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism at arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience.
• Escort VIPs, long‑stay guests, and special‑occasion visitors when required.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to proactively engage with guests.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other guest requests.
• Support service recovery by promptly addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining outlets, wellness offerings, and special events.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant guest‑service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
• Proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of accountability.
