Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain both backend micro‑services and modern frontend applications. You will own features from initial design through production support, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend micro‑services using Python and Node.js.
• Create modern frontend applications with React and Vue.js.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture.
• Build reusable, well‑structured frontend components following best practices.
• Implement secure, scalable REST APIs for internal and third‑party integrations.
• Collaborate with Frontend, Backend, QA, UX/UI, and Product teams to define solutions.
• Develop real‑time features and asynchronous communication where required.
• Apply authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Optimize performance, caching, and state management for both backend and frontend.
• Write clean, well‑tested, documented code and review peers' contributions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long‑term solutions.
• Participate in planning, estimation, architecture reviews, and technology selection.

Required profile

• Experience designing distributed systems based on micro‑services architecture.
• Familiarity with asynchronous messaging and event‑driven architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of API documentation standards such as OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise‑scale web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
