Full-Time Accountant (Senior) – Riyadh

About the role

Impact Arabia for Building Solutions is seeking a qualified Full‑Time Accountant to join its Riyadh office. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations, and supporting commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including collections and supplier payments.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor invoices, expenses, petty cash, and company payments.
• Produce monthly financial reports covering sales, expenses, profit & loss, and inventory/COS.
• Handle VAT returns and compliance with ZATCA, Zakat, and Saudi tax regulations.
• Support foreign‑investment company requirements, including MISA procedures.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and payroll monitoring.
• Coordinate with sales teams on quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Previous accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, ZATCA, Zakat, and Saudi tax regulations.
• Familiarity with foreign‑investment company compliance and MISA requirements.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and organizational skills.
