About the role
We are seeking a friendly and efficient waitress to join our hospitality team at Rotana Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a positive dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers promptly.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve orders to tables in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service.
- Clean and set up tables before and after service.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer‑facing role.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good memory for orders.
- Stamina and physical endurance for long shifts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
