Full‑time On‑site Nurse – Aviation & Occupational Health

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Nurse position is based in Jeddah and supports both employees and passengers in an aviation environment. The role combines routine health checks with emergency medical response, ensuring safety and wellbeing across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, basic treatment, and referrals for employees and passengers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and manage confidential information.
• Support fitness‑for‑duty evaluations and occupational health initiatives.
• Coordinate with aviation and ground‑operations teams during medical incidents.
• Ensure compliance with airline, regulatory, and infection‑control standards.
• Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and stock levels.
• Participate in health‑education and safety‑promotion activities.

Required profile

• Valid nursing license/registration and recognized nursing qualification (diploma or bachelor’s degree).
• Clinical experience in emergency, occupational, or general nursing, preferably in aviation or transport settings.
• Strong assessment, triage, and basic life‑support skills.
• Ability to communicate sensitively with diverse cultural and linguistic groups.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jeddah with shift‑based schedules aligned to airline operations.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).
• Valid nursing license/registration.
